- Rep. Aiyash moved that the bill be placed on the order of Third Reading of Bills. The motion prevailed. By unanimous consent the House returned to the order of Third Reading of Bills House Bill No. 4625, entitled A bill to amend 1988 PA 13, entitled “Juvenile diversion act,” by amending sections 2, 3, 6, and 9 (MCL 722.822, 722.823, 722.826, and 722.829), section 2 as amended by 2019 PA 101 and section 6 as amended by 1996 PA 137. The bill was read a third time. The question being on the passage of the bill, Rep. Lightner moved to substitute (H-3) the bill.
