- The motion prevailed. House Bill No. 5144, entitled A bill to amend 1954 PA 116, entitled “Michigan election law,” (MCL 168.1 to 168.992) by adding section 932f. The bill was read a third time. The question being on the passage of the bill, Rep. DeBoyer moved to amend the bill as follows: 1. Amend page 3, line 25, by striking out all of subdivision (a) and relettering the remaining subdivisions. The motion was seconded and the amendment was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
