- “Mr. Speaker and members of the House: I did not vote on Roll Call No. 499 because of a possible conflict of interest.” Rep. Aiyash moved to reconsider the vote by which the House did not pass the bill. The motion prevailed, a majority of the members serving voting therefor. The question being on the passage of the bill, Rep. Aiyash moved that consideration of the bill be postponed temporarily. The motion prevailed.
