Edwards Nays—1 Carra In The Chair: Pohutsky The House agreed to the title as amended. The bill was referred to the Clerk for enrollment printing and presentation to the Governor. The Speaker laid before the House House Bill No. 5058, entitled A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled “Michigan vehicle code,” (MCL 257.1 to 257.923) by adding section 811gg. (The bill was received from the Senate on June 25, with substitute (S-1) and title amendment, consideration of which, under the rules, was postponed until today, see House Journal No. 57, p. 792.)
