This amendatory act does not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 102nd Legislature are enacted into law: (a) Senate Bill No. 106. (b) Senate Bill No. 107. (c) Senate Bill No. 110. (d) Senate Bill No. 111. (e) Senate Bill No. 115. (f) Senate Bill No. 116.”. The question being on the adoption of the amendment, Senator Lauwers requested the yeas and nays.
