- Cavanagh Irwin Moss Wojno Excused—0 Not Voting—0 In The Chair: President Senator Bumstead offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 24, following line 10, by inserting: “ STATE PARK DIVISION Sec. 601. The department shall report to the appropriate legislative committees and the fiscal agencies on infrastructure improvements at state parks. The report shall include information on projects completed in the previous calendar year including location, project type, cost, and date of completion and information on projects in process including location, project type, projected cost, and estimated date of completion.”. The question being on the adoption of the amendment, Senator Lauwers requested the yeas and nays. The yeas and nays were ordered, 1/5 of the members present voting therefor.
