- Not Voting—0 In The Chair: President Senator Bumstead offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 4, line 15, after “outreach—FTEs” by striking out “88.8” and inserting “81.8”. The amendment was not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor. Senator McBroom offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 23, following line 21, by inserting: “Sec. 253. Funds appropriated for the department shall not be used to support ongoing litigation regarding invasive species that is connected with lawsuits regarding invasive species that have been settlement in the last six years.”. The question being on the adoption of the amendment, Senator Lauwers requested the yeas and nays. The yeas and nays were ordered, 1/5 of the members present voting therefor.
