The following bill was read a third time: Senate Bill No. 247, entitled A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled “Michigan liquor control code of 1998,” by amending section 531 (MCL 436.1531), as amended by 2014 PA 135. The question being on the passage of the bill, Senator McCann offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 8, line 11, after “ used ” by striking out “ from ” and inserting “ for ”.
