Senator Singh moved that the Senate proceed to consideration of the following bill: House Bill No. 4437 The motion prevailed. The following bill was read a third time: House Bill No. 4437, entitled A bill to make, supplement, adjust, and consolidate appropriations for various state departments and agencies, the judicial branch, and the legislative branch for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024; to provide for certain conditions on appropriations; and to provide for the expenditure of the appropriations.
