Third Reading of Bills The President, Lieutenant Governor Gilchrist, resumed the Chair. Senator Singh moved to reconsider the vote by which the following bill was passed: House Bill No. 4696, entitled A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled “The code of criminal procedure,” by amending section 11d of chapter XVII (MCL 777.11d), as amended by 2018 PA 661. The motion prevailed, a majority of the members serving voting therefor. The question being on the passage of the bill, Senator Moss offered the following substitute: Substitute (S-1).
