- Camilleri Irwin McMorrow Singh Cavanagh Klinefelt Moss Wojno Chang Excused—0 Not Voting—0 In The Chair: Moss Protest Senator McBroom, under his constitutional right of protest (Art. 4, Sec. 18), protested against the adoption of the amendments offered by Senator Johnson to Senate Bill No. 470. Senator McBroom’s statement is as follows: I didn’t support this bill that passed—creating this mechanism for voting—and therefore I support extending the deadline as long as possible to avoid implementing it.
