By unanimous consent the Senate returned to the order of Third Reading of Bills Senator Singh moved that the Senate proceed to consideration of the following bill: House Bill No. 4273 The motion prevailed. The following bill was read a third time: House Bill No. 4273, entitled A bill to amend 1917 PA 167, entitled “Housing law of Michigan,” by amending section 132 (MCL 125.532), as amended by 2000 PA 479.
