- Senate Bill No. 613, entitled A bill to require certain public officers to file annual financial disclosure reports; to create a financial disclosure form; to prescribe penalties and civil sanctions; and to provide for the powers and duties of certain state and local governmental officers and entities. The House of Representatives has substituted (H-3) the bill. The House of Representatives has passed the bill as substituted (H-3) and ordered that it be given immediate effect. The question being on concurring in the substitute made to the bill by the House, Senator Johnson offered the following amendment to the House substitute: 1. Amend page 7, following line 2, by inserting: “(p) The name, mailing address, and employer identification number of a political organization organized under section 527 of the internal revenue code of 1986, 26 USC 527, or an organization described and exempt from taxation under section 501(c)(4) of the internal revenue code of 1986, 26 USC 501, in which the public officer or the public officer’s spouse is listed as an officer or director.”.
