- Resolved, That when the Senate adjourns on Thursday, November 9, 2023, it stands adjourned until Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 11:45 a.m.; and be it further Resolved, That when the Legislature adjourns on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, it stands adjourned without day. The House of Representatives has adopted the concurrent resolution. Pending the order that, under rule 3.204, the concurrent resolution be referred to the Committee on Government Operations, Senator Singh moved that the rule be suspended. The motion prevailed, a majority of the members serving voting therefor. The question being on the adoption of the concurrent resolution, Senator Lauwers requested the yeas and nays. The yeas and nays were ordered, 1/5 of the members present voting therefor. Senator Lauwers moved that Senator Runestad be excused from the balance of today’s session. The motion prevailed.
