Cavanagh Huizenga McMorrow Webber Chang Irwin Moss Wojno Excused—2 Johnson Victory Not Voting—0 In The Chair: Moss Senator McBroom offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 49, following line 19, by inserting: “Sec. 606a. From the funds appropriated in part 1, the department shall provide a report by April 1 for the preceding 12 month period on the number of prisoners, that have been incarcerated for a minimum of 5 years, who received suboxone upon release from a correctional facility.”. The amendment was not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor.
