Amend page 14, line 20, after “initiative” by striking out “10,000,000” and inserting “25,000,000”. 3. Amend page 37, line 24, by striking out all of section 1003. The question being on the adoption of the amendments, Senator Lauwers requested the yeas and nays. The yeas and nays were ordered, 1/5 of the members present voting therefor.
