Johnson Victory Not Voting—0 In The Chair: Moss Senator Outman offered the following amendments: 1. Amend page 14, following line 19, by inserting: Wastewater infrastructure project 9,000,000”. 2. Amend page 14, line 25, after “funds” by striking “0” and inserting “9,000,000” and adjusting the subtotals, totals, and section 201 accordingly. 3. Amend page 40, following line 6, by inserting: “ Sec. 1006. From the funds appropriated in part 1 for wastewater infrastructure project, $9,000,000.00 shall be awarded to a wastewater infrastructure project located in a city with a population between 5,900 and 6,000 and in a county with a population of between 66,800 and 67,000 according to the most recent federal decennial census that supports a wastewater infrastructure project but due to cost increases resulting from inflation, supply chain, or other impact have been awarded funding amounts that are insufficient to complete the approved project.”. The amendments were not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor.
