The motion prevailed, the time being 11:08 a.m. 11:28 a.m. The Senate was called to order by the Assistant President pro tempore, Senator Geiss. Senator Singh moved that the Senate proceed to consideration of the following bill: Senate Bill No. 692 The motion prevailed. The following bill was read a third time: Senate Bill No. 692, entitled A bill to provide for the protection of certain individuals through the licensing and regulation of certain camps and camp programs; to provide for the establishment of standards of certain camps and camp programs; to require the promulgation of rules; to provide for the powers and duties of certain state and local governmental officers and entities; to create the camp licensing fund and to provide for contributions to and expenditures from the fund; to provide certain immunity from liability; and to prohibit certain conduct regarding reporting and provide penalties.
