- someone signs a petition multiple times, we eliminate all of their signatures. My bill very simply says that if someone signs a petition multiple times, we’re going to count them once because, after all, this is a Michigan resident, a Michigan voter, a Michigan citizen, who’s asked to have their voice included in the processes of our government and I think we should facilitate that. Thank you for the opportunity and I urge a “yes” vote. The following bill was read a third time: Senate Bill No. 1165, entitled A bill to amend 1945 PA 327, entitled “Aeronautics code of the state of Michigan,” by amending sections 76 and 77 (MCL 259.76 and 259.77), section 76 as amended by 1988 PA 391 and section 77 as amended by 1996 PA 370.
