Daley Lauwers Theis Victory Damoose Not Voting—0 In The Chair: Moss Senator Webber offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 12, line 15, by striking out all of enacting section 2 and inserting: “Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect unless Senate Bill No. 154 of the 102nd Legislature is enacted into law.”. The question being on the adoption of the amendment, Senator Outman requested the yeas and nays. The yeas and nays were ordered, 1/5 of the members present voting therefor.
