Garza moved to amend the resolution as follows: 1. Amend page 1, line 4, after “branch” by inserting “and legislative branch”. 2. Amend page 3, line 13, after “branch” by inserting “and legislative branch”. 3. Amend page 3, line 15, after “branch” by inserting “and legislative branch”. The motion did not prevail and the amendments were not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor.
