- The question being on agreeing to the title of the bill, Rep. Frederick moved to amend the title to read as follows: A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled “Michigan liquor control code of 1998,” by amending section 551 (MCL 436.1551), as amended by 2021 PA 64.
