- Rep. Clements moved that the bill be placed on the order of Third Reading of Bills. The motion prevailed. House Bill No. 5589, entitled A bill to amend 1988 PA 426, entitled “An act to regulate dangerous animals; to provide for the confinement, tattooing, or destruction of dangerous animals; and to provide penalties for the owners or keepers of dangerous animals that attack human beings,” by amending the title and section 2 (MCL 287.322). The bill was read a second time. Rep. Puri moved that the bill be placed on the order of Third Reading of Bills. The motion prevailed. By unanimous consent the House returned to the order of Third Reading of Bills House Bill No. 5334, entitled A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled “Michigan vehicle code,” (MCL 257.1 to 257.923) by adding section 811hh.
