- In The Chair: Hornberger The House agreed to the title as amended. The bill was referred to the Clerk for enrollment printing and presentation to the Governor. Rep. Frederick moved that Rep. Kahle be excused temporarily from today’s session. The motion prevailed. The House returned to the consideration of Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 27. A concurrent resolution to reappoint Doug A. Ringler, C.P.A., C.I.A., as Auditor General. (The concurrent resolution was considered earlier today, see today’s Journal, p. 816.)
