- Not Voting—0 In The Chair: Nesbitt Senator McCann offered the following amendments: 1. Amend page 10, following line 19, by inserting: “Reconnect and futures for frontliners wraparound services 6,000,000”. 2. Amend page 10, line 20, after “ $ ” by striking out “8,162,000” and inserting “14,162,000”. 3. Amend page 10, line 22, after “ $ ” by striking out “8,162,000” and inserting “14,162,000” and adjusting the subtotals, totals, and section 201 accordingly. 4. Amend page 59, following line 19, by inserting: “Sec. 1100. From the funds appropriated in part 1 for reconnect and futures for frontliners wraparound services, $6,000,000.00 shall be expended by the department to provide childcare, broadband access, transportation, or other services to individuals enrolled in Michigan reconnect or futures for frontliners, to support continued efforts to remove barriers to employment and improve student success.”. Senator Chang requested the yeas and nays. The yeas and nays were ordered, 1/5 of the members present voting therefor.
