House Bill No. 4878, entitled A bill to amend 1915 PA 31, entitled “Youth tobacco act,” by amending the title and sections 1, 2, 2b, 2c, and 4 (MCL 722.641, 722.642, 722.642b, 722.642c, and 722.644), the title and sections 1, 2, and 4 as amended by 2019 PA 18 and sections 2b and 2c as added by 2019 PA 17. The House of Representatives has passed the bill and ordered that it be given immediate effect. The bill was read a first and second time by title and referred to the Committee on Regulatory Reform.
