Pursuant to Joint Rule 20, the full title of the act shall be inserted to read as follows: “An act to provide for a tuition grant program at state public institutions of higher education for children and surviving spouses of Michigan police officers and fire fighters killed in the line of duty; to provide for the administration of that tuition grant program; to prescribe certain powers and duties of state officers, agencies, and departments; and to provide for an appropriation,” The Senate agreed to the full title. The following bill was read a third time: Senate Bill No. 656, entitled A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled “Michigan liquor control code of 1998,” (MCL 436.1101 to 436.2303) by adding section 552.
