- Not Voting—0 In The Chair: Nesbitt The Senate agreed to the full title. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment printing and presentation to the Governor. Senator Lauwers moved that the enrollment be vacated on the following bill: Senate Bill No. 769, entitled A bill to amend 2000 PA 489, entitled “An act to create certain funds; to provide for the allocation of certain revenues among certain funds and for the operation, investment, and expenditure of certain funds; and to impose certain duties and requirements on certain state officials,” by amending section 2 (MCL 12.252), as amended by 2020 PA 359, and by adding section 4. The motion prevailed. Senator Lauwers moved to reconsider the vote by which the House substitute was concurred in. The motion prevailed, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
