- Representative Wendzel moved to adopt Thursday at 9:00 a.m. in room 327 of the Anderson House Office Building as the day, time, and location for the regular schedule for the meetings of the House Commerce and Tourism Committee. The motion prevailed 11-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Marino, Wendzel, Reilly, Meerman, Schroeder, Wakeman, Cambensy, Camilleri, Hope, Manoogian, Robinson. Nays: None. Pass: None. The Chair introduced the committee support staff to the full committee. The Chair laid before the committee a presentation given by the Business Leaders for Michigan. Tim Sowton, Vice President of Government Affairs and Public Policy for Business Leaders for Michigan, gave a PowerPoint presentation on what their plan for a stronger Michigan. Questions followed. A copy of the presentation is attached. There being no further business before the committee, the Representative moved that the committee adjourn. The motion prevailed, the time being 10:16a.m..
