Chairman Bellino laid before the committee a presentation by ITC Holdings. Simon Whitelocke and Robert O’Meara, both representing ITC Holdings, gave a presentation to the committee. Questions and discussion followed. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair adjourned the meeting at 10:51 AM.
