- Representative Sowerby moved to adopt the minutes from the March 5th, 2019 meeting. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The House Standing Committee on Natural Resources and Outdoor Recreation was meeting jointly with the House Committee on Appropriations- Subcommittee on Natural Resources and Environmental Quality. The Chair invited DEQ Director Liesl Clark, MPART Executive Director Steve Sliver, and MDHHS Population Health Administration Physician Dr. Eden Wells, all representing the Michigan PFAS Action Response Team, to give a presentation. Questions and discussion followed. Representative Wakeman moved to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection Reps. Reilly and Cambensy were excused from the meeting.
