Bellino, Wendzel, Alexander, Frederick, Lower, Filler, Markkanen, Mueller, O'Malley. Nays: Reps. Lasinski, Sneller, T. Carter, Haadsma, Kuppa, Manoogian, Shannon. Pass: None. Chairman Bellino laid before the committee a presentation by the Michigan Public Service Commission. Sally Talbert, Chairman of the Michigan Public Service Commission, gave a presentation to the committee. Questions and discussion followed. Chairman Bellino laid before the committee a presentation by the Great Lakes Renewable Energy Association. John Freeman and John Sarver, both representing the Great Lakes Renewable Energy Association, and Mike Linsea, representing Solar Installers, gave a presentation to the committee.
