The Chair laid HB 4224 and HB 4225 before the committee: HB 4224 (Rep. Hoitenga) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled “Public health code, “by amending section 7104 (MCL 333.7104), as amended by 2001 PA 233. HB 4225 (Rep. Kahle) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled “Public health code,” by amending section 7303a (MCL 333.7303a), as amended by 2018 PA 101. Representative Kahle spoke on the proposed substitutes for House Bill Nos. 4224 and 4225. The following individuals submitted a card in support of House Bill Nos. 4224 and 4225, but did not wish to speak: Barry Cargill, representing the Michigan Homecare and Hospice Association. Thad Gormas, representing the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants. The Chair laid HB 4051 before the committee: HB 4051 (Rep.
