- Representative Allor moved to adopt the meeting minutes from March 6th, 2019. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid the presentation on the Governor's Budget Recommendation before the committee. Mary Ann Cleary, representing the House Fiscal Agency, gave a presentation on the Governor's Budget Recommendation. Jim Stansell, Bill Hamilton, Sam Christensen, and Marcus Coffin, all representing the House Fiscal Agency, joined Mary Ann Cleary to answer questions from the committee.
