- Representative Frederick moved to adopt the meeting minutes from March 21, 2019. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4042 before the committee: HB 4042 (Rep. Whiteford) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled “Public health code, “by amending section 17201 (MCL 333.17201), as amended by 2016 PA 499, and by adding sections 16190, 17225, and 17225a. Representative Whiteford, and Rebecca Fotsch, representing the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, testified in support of the bill. Questions and discussion followed.
