- Representative Eisen moved to adopt the meeting minutes from April 17, 2019. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. Chief Engineer and Chief Operating Officer Tony Kratofil, representing the Michigan Department of Transportation, provided a presentation on Road Building in Michigan and reviewed the following topics: Stakeholder Engagement; Innovative Contracting; and Asset Management. Questions and discussion followed. Chief Deputy Director Aaron Keatley, Air Quality Division Director Mary Ann Dolehanty, Materials Management Division Director Jack Schinderele, and Water Resources Division Director Teresa Siedel, all representing the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy, provided a presentation regarding the Department and its role in Road Building in Michigan. Questions and discussion followed. There being no further business before the committee, Rep. Jack O'Malley adjourned the meeting at 11:35 AM.
