Johnson) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled “Public health code,” by amending section 2891 (MCL 333.2891), as amended by 2013 PA 136. Substitute (H-2) was previously adopted to HB 4152 on April 18th, 2019. Representative Warren offered the following amendment to HB 4152 (H-2): 1. Amend page 2, line 3, after “SHALL” by striking out “IMMEDIATELY”. 2. Amend page 2, line 4, after “RECORD” by inserting “WITHIN 24 HOURS”.
