LaFave) A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled “Natural resources and environmental protection act,” by amending section 40111 (MCL 324.40111), as amended by 2018 PA 272. At 12:03 PM, the Chair laid the committee at ease. At 12:04 PM, the Majority Vice Chair Mike Mueller called the committee back to order. Chair LaFave introduced the bill.
