Lilly) A bill to amend 1994 PA 160, entitled “Credit services protection act,” by amending section 3 (MCL 445.1823). Representative Jones offered the following amendment to HB 4411: 1. Amend page 3, line 8, after "(iii)" by striking out "THE" and inserting "THE WRITTEN AGREEMENT STATES THAT THE". Representative Jones spoke to his amendment.
