Hoadley, Love, Pagan, Hammoud, Peterson, Sabo, Cherry, and Hood. Pass: Reps. Anthony, Brixie, Kennedy, and Tate. Representative Slagh offered the following amendment for HB 4234, as substitute (H-1): 1. Amend page 55, following line 20, by inserting: “Sec. 311. Not later than March 1, the department of attorney general must report to the house and senate appropriations subcommittees with jurisdiction over the budget of the department of corrections, the total amount of reimbursements received under section 6 of 1984 PA 282, the amount paid to conduct the investigations from these reimbursements, and the amount credited to the general fund from these reimbursements.”. Representative Slagh explained the amendment.
