Amend page 31, line 6, following “effect.” by inserting: " An expenditure for staff resources used in connection with project activities, which expenditure is subject to full and prompt reimbursement from Canada, shall not be considered an expenditure of state transportation revenue.". Representative Tate explained the amendment.
