Amend page 66, line 15, by striking out "$4,408,000,000.00" and inserting "$4,426,000,000.00" and adjusting the totals in section 11 and enacting section 1 accordingly. 5. Amend page 66, line 15, after the first "fund" by inserting a comma and "TALENT INVESTMENT FUND,". 6. Amend page 132, line 25, after "fund" by striking out the balance of the line through "FUND," on line 26. 7. Amend page 142, line 12, by striking out all of subsection (10). 8.
