The Chair laid the Tuition Reciprocity Agreement between Owens Community College, the University of Toledo, and Monroe County Community College before the committee. Perry Zielak House, representing the House Fiscal Agency, testified on the agreement. Dr. Kojo Quartey, representing Monroe County Community College, testified in support of the agreement. The following person submitted a card in support of the agreement, but did not wish to speak: Jeff Cassidy, representing the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity.
