Representative Paquette moved to adopt the amendments to HB 4647 (H-5). The motion prevailed 7-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Calley, Sheppard, Hornberger, Marino, Paquette, Guerra, Hope. Nays: None. Pass: None. Representative Sheppard offered the following amendments to HB 4648 (H-5): 1. Amend page 3, line 25, after "(1)" by striking out "Except" and inserting "Subject to subsection (4) and except". 2. Amend page 6, line 23, after "(2)" by striking out "Information" and inserting "Subject to subsection (4), information". 3. Amend page 6, line 25, after the first "trust" by striking out the comma and "blind trust,". 4. Amend page 7, following line 2, by inserting: "(4) If an individual required to file a report under section 3 or an immediate family member of the individual holds a beneficial interest in a blind trust, the individual is not required to include the interests or assets of the blind trust in his or her statement under subsection (1). However, the individual must indicate in his or her report that the individual or the immediate family member of the individual holds a beneficial interest in a blind trust.".
