Jennifer Greenburg, representing the Telecom Association of MI. Gavin Goetz, representing the AT&T. Representative Cole testified in support of HB 5266. Joseph Baumann representing MI Electric Cooperative Association, testified in support of HB 5266. The Chair laid HB 5263 before the committee: HB 5263 (Rep.
