Glenn) A bill to amend 2008 PA 33, entitled "Michigan planning enabling act," by amending sections 3 and 15 (MCL 125.3803 and 125.3815), section 3 as amended by 2010 PA 306 and section 15 as amended by 2010 PA 105. Representative Glenn, Representative Yaroch and Rodney Nanney, representing the Building Place, testified in support of HB 5119. Questions and discussion followed. Judy Allen, representing the Michigan Townships Association, and Jen Rigterink, representing the Michigan Municipal League, both testified in opposition to HB 5119. Questions and discussion followed.
