HB 4836 (Rep. Farrington) A bill to amend 1984 PA 270, entitled "Michigan strategic fund act," (MCL 125.2001 to 125.2094) by adding section 15. Representative Brann testified in support of HB 4835 and HB 4836. Representative Farrington testified in support of HB 4835 and HB 4836. Brian Calley, representing the Small Business Association of Michigan, testified in support of HB 4835 and HB 4836. Representative Marino testified in support of HB 4835 and HB 4836. Amanda Fisher, representing the National Federation of Independent Business, testified in opposition to HB 4835.
