Representative Sneller offered the following amendments to SB 279: 1. Amend page 4, line 19, after "257.310," by inserting "and under section 1 of 1972 PA 222, MCL 28.291,". 2. Amend page 4, line 20, after "license" by inserting "or enhanced official state personal identification card, as applicable,". 3. Amend page 4, line 24, after "license" by inserting "or enhanced official state personal identification card". 4. Amend page 4, line 28, after "257.310" by inserting "and under section 1(16) of 1972 PA 222, MCL 28.291". 5. Amend page 4, line 29, after "license" by inserting "or an enhanced official state personal identification card". 6. Amend page 5, line 3, by striking out all of enacting section 1 and inserting: "Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 100th Legislature are enacted into law: (a) Senate Bill No. 278. (b) Senate Bill No. or House Bill No. (request no. 04548'19 *).".
