The Chair laid HB 6124 before the committee: HB 6124 (Rep. Hall) A bill to amend 1981 PA 180, entitled "Older Michiganians act," (MCL 400.581 to 400.594) by adding section 6l. Representative Matt Hall, bill sponsor, testified on HB 6124. Questions and discussion followed. Dr. Alexis Travis, representing the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, Aging and Adult Services Agency, testified in support of HB 6124. Questions followed. David LaLumia, Executive Director for the Area Agencies on Aging Association of Michigan, testified in support of HB 6124, and submitted written testimony. Questions and discussion followed.
