Pass: None. The Chair laid HB 5408 before the committee: HB 5408 (Rep. Hammoud) A bill to amend 1939 PA 280, entitled "The social welfare act," by amending section 109f (MCL 400.109f), as amended by 2017 PA 224. Representative Hammoud testified in support of HB 5408.
